Use of the Service
Eventrika is an event ticketing and venue operations platform. Users must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful event operations.
Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for event descriptions, pricing, seating setup, availability, refund decisions, venue rules, attendee communications, and honoring valid tickets issued through the system.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for reviewing event details, selected seats or ticket quantities, contact information, and order totals before submitting checkout. Tickets may be scanned or manually verified at entry.
Test Environment
This subdomain is intended for development and test validation. Demo data, test payments, and configuration may change without notice and should not be treated as live event operation unless explicitly stated by the operator.
Payments and Refunds
Payment authorization, capture, disputes, and refunds depend on the configured payment provider and the organizer's policies. Eventrika records order and ticket state but does not replace the organizer's event policies.
Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, interfere with checkout or ticket inventory, scrape protected areas, submit fraudulent orders, or use the support form for spam or abusive content.
Availability
The test environment is provided for validation and may be unavailable during deployment, maintenance, migration, or debugging work.
